Refrain from using skincare products containing retinols, AHAs, tretinoin, or Vitamin A derivatives two weeks before and after the treatment.
If treating the eye area, avoid wearing contact lenses.
Inform your provider about any history of cold sores, as medication may be required to prevent breakouts.
Post-Treatment
Expect swelling for 24-48 hours after treatment.Avoid direct sun exposure for two weeks before the treatment.
Avoid direct sun exposure for 14 days and wear sunscreen.
Refrain from wearing makeup for 7 days.
Allow tiny crusts to naturally fall off within 7-10 days; avoid exfoliating or rubbing them off.
